But you don't actually need guns when you're prominently displaying a Texas temp tat...ain't nobody gonna mess with that. ;)

I like the idea of adding honey and cinnamon to the butter! I have only made peanut/cashew butter (50% each) in the past, but have never added oil to it. Is there a reason why you added the oil? I find the butter smooth without any additives. Today I just made peanut butter with salted peanuts. I used salted peanuts, but I think next time I will add a little more salt for taste.....and maybe honey! The only thing I don't like about making butters is the clean up. The cleaning cycle only does so much cleaning that I have to clean by hand in addition to the cleaning cycle. But it's worth it!

We love our Vitamix and we have had it for quite some time. Ours is an older model that doesn't have all the fancy settings but it still works great.
